Populus is providing LEED for Homes services and green building consulting on this eco-chic, eco-friendly duplex located in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood. In addition to a walkable location close to community resources and transport, this project features energy efficient, passive solar design, high-efficiency appliances and systems, sustainable materials featured throughout and low-impact landscaping.
