Boulder County Finalizing ClimateSmart’s Replacement Loan
Sunday, December 4th, 2011It’s been nearly a year and a half since the ClimateSmart Loan Program was suspended, following new barriers announced by mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Boulder County has been working on a replacement program since and are close to rolling out the new loan details. The new EnergySmart loan will be more similar to traditional loans, unlike the ClimateSmart loans which were tied to property assessments. Head over to the Daily Camera for the news article.
