The Energy Efficiency Business Coaltion (EEBC) is hosting a complimentary training, “Best Business Practices: Customer Service.” The half-day training, geared toward contractors, distributors, manufacturers, program managers and affiliates, is available on four different dates, and four different locations. The class will cover topics like capturing leads, lead tracking & lead management, and the sales follow up process, and attendees will be entered into a drawing to win up to $500 toward BPI or NATE certifications.
