Taking the idea of energy and material conservation one step further, these units will all be pre-fabricated in a local manufacturing facility. There, lean manufacturing techniques and an inclement weather-free environment ensure a high quality product with minimal material waste and no construction delays. Populus is providing LEED management and Green Rater services, as well as HERS Rating and Green Points compliance consulting for this high-performance, luxury development.
