Nestled between the foothills and open space in Boulder’s Wonderland Hill neighborhood, this 10-unit townhome project utilizes a variety of energy and water-saving strategies in its bid for LEED for Homes Silver certification. Taking the idea of energy and material conservation one step further, these units will all be pre-fabricated in a local manufacturing facility. There, lean manufacturing techniques and an inclement weather-free environment ensure a high quality product with minimal material waste and no construction delays.
